Putin proposes reflecting proportion between production and refining in licenses for sections with over 5 mln tonnes in reserves

KIRISHI. July 8 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has proposed reflecting the proportion between production and refining of oil in the licenses for fields with over 5 million tonnes in reserves.

He announced this at a meeting in Kirishi concerning the development of Russia's refining sector.

Putin added that total obligations for oil companies to ensure supply to the domestic market should be proportional to their total output.
