Customs Union to compel officials to create better conditions for capital - Putin
MOSCOW. July 12 (Interfax) - The formation of a Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will make the overall situation more complicated for national officials, who will now have to live and work in a competitive environment, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at a Customs Union conference on Tuesday.
"Bureaucrats of the three states will now have to live in a competitive environment and form the best conditions for using capital. Also, the Russian government will again have to look at what is happening and should be done so that business chooses the Russian market," Putin said.
