Govt commission on foreign investment clears Total to acquire 20% stake in Yamal LNG

MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - The government commission on foreign investment chaired by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has cleared French Total to acquire a 20% stake in Yamal LNG, Andrei Tsarikovsky, the deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), told journalists.

The decision came at a meeting of the commission on Wednesday.
