MOSCOW. Aug 4 (Interfax) - OJSC Russian Railways (RZD) hauling subsidiary Freight Two saw cargo-turnover of 15.1 million tonne/km in the first half of this year, the operator reported in a statement.

In the second quarter, Freight Two continued to take possession of RZD railcars, beginning work with new clients. April-June turnover was 14 million tonne/km versus 1.1 million tonne/km the quarter before.
The company hauled 10.4 million tonnes of cargo in H1 (9.4 million in Q2 and 1.04 million in Q1). The company transported some 5.9 million tonnes of construction cargo, 3.1 million tonnes of bituminous coal and coke, and 0.4 million tonnes of ore.
