Avtovaz ups stake in Danish anti-corrosive plant owner to 100%

MOSCOW. Aug 4 (Interfax) - Avtovaz gas obtained clearance from the Federal Antimonopoly Service to increase its stake in Denmark's Inmeco Group ApS, which owns LLC Industrial Coatings Plant, to 100%, the regulator said.

Avtovaz, Russia's biggest car maker, currently owns 51% of the Danish company.

Industrial Coatings Plant applies anti-corrosive to car parts and engines.
