Five Rosneft directors up stakes after receiving fees

MOSCOW. Aug 9 (Interfax) - Five members of Rosneft's board of directors have increased their stakes in the oil produce after receiving remuneration for their services last year.

The stake of Alexandr Nekipelov, the board chairman, rose from 0.00025% to 0.0005%, that of Andrei Kostin from 0.00056% to 0.0008%, Hans-Joerg Rudloff from 0.00436% to 0.0046%, and Vladimir Bogdanov and Nikolai Tokarev from zero to 0.0002%.

This year's annual shareholders meeting approved fees for board members, paid in company stock, as follows: 25,238 shares each for Andrei Kostin, Alexander Nekipelov and Hans-Joerg Rudloff; 20,821 for Nikolai Tokarev; and 18,928 for Vladimir Bogdanov.
