Gazprom Neft completes secondary bond placement totaling 6.13 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Aug 9 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft has completed the secondary placement of 6.13 billion rubles worth of series 04 bonds, the company said in a statement.

Investors were offered bonds the company had bought back in the context of an offer made this April.

The placement price was 102%-102.5% of face value (1,000 rubles), providing investors with yield of 7.96%-7.86% per annum to the next offer in April of 2018.
