Transneft's RAS net profit down 5.5% to 2.6 bln rubles in H1
MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - Transneft's net profit according to Russian accounting standards (RAS) in the first half of 2011 came to 2.6 billion rubles, down 5.5% year-on-year, the company said in its financial report for the second quarter of this year.
The company's sales revenue went up by 50% to 277.58 billion rubles, operational costs - 60% to 274.27 billion ruble and profit from sales - down 91% to 725 million rubles. The company's pretax profit went down by 12% year-on-year to 3.42 billion rubles.
