Renaissance Securities reduces stake in Rosinter Restaurants to 0.39%

MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - Investment company Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Ltd has reduced its stake in the charter capital of OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding from 9.03% to 0.39%, the holding said in a statement.

The companies declined to comment on the statement.

The restaurant holding's charter capital is divided into 12,030,457 common shares.

As of July 31, 2011, OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holdings managed 373 restaurants, including 122 franchises. Rosinter Restaurants Holding manages the following chains: Il Patio, Planeta Sushi, 1-2-3 Cafe and T.G.I. Friday's, as well as the Cost Coffee chain. The company has restaurants in 43 Russian, CIS and Central European cities, including the Baltic States.

The main owner in the holding is its founder, Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanayevsky Blanko.

Rosinter increased its sales revenue by 9.1% to 4.8 billion rubles in the first half.
