Shareholders in Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat to elect new board of directors on Nov 3
MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - The shareholders in OJSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, at an extraordinary meeting on November 3, will vote one the preterm suspension of the authority of the board of directors and the election of the board, the company said in a statement.
The shareholder register for taking part in the meeting closed on August 16.
The current board includes the head of Gazprom (RTS: (GAZP) marketing and gas processing department, Kirill Seleznev, the general director of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, Damir Shavaleyev, the general director of Gazprom Pererabotka, Yury Vazhenin, the general director of CJSC Lider, Anatoly Gavrilenko, the deputy head of the enterprise's marketing, gas and liquid hydrocarbon processing and head of industrial product marketing Marat Garaev, the general director of Gazprom Production Orenburg, Sergei Ivanov, the president, SIBUR, Dmitry Konov, general director of Gazprom Energo, Alexei Mityushov, and the deputy general director for corporate and property relations at LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, Elena Mikhailova.
Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat's ownership structure changed slightly this year. United Capital Partners received 24.99% in the petrochemical plant, CJSC Lider ceased to be an owner while Agana Management Company reduced its stake form 15.15% to 0.08%.
LLC Pererabotka Gazprom owns the controlling packet in Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat.
