Gref, Donskikh up Sberbank stakes again
MOSCOW. Aug 29 (Interfax) - Sberbank CEO German Gref has increased his stake in Russia's biggest bank to 0.0028% from 0.0024% ordinary shares, Sberbank said in a statement.
Gref's stake in the bank's issued shares increased to 0.0029% from 0.0025%.
Sberbank has 21,586,948,000 issued ordinary shares and 1 billion preferred shares, par value 3 rubles each. Ordinary shares closed at 79.55 rubles a share on the MICEX exchange on August 25 and prefs at 66.39 rubles.
Sberbank deputy CEO Andrei Donskikh has also increased his stake in ordinary shares, to 0.0013% from 0.0012%.
The changes occurred on August 25. Sberbank learned about the changes on August 29.
Gref last increased his stake in the bank at the beginning of August. He first became a shareholder in June 2010.
Gref and Donskikh last increased their stakes in Sberbank last week: Gref's stake in Russia's biggest bank rose to 0.0024% from 0.0023% ordinary shares, and his stake in the bank's issued shares increased to 0.0025% from 0.0024%. Donskikh increased his stake in ordinary shares, to 0.0012% from 0.0007%, and his share of the bank's total issued shares to 0.0012% from 0.0007% also.
