Russian trade surplus down 12.8% at $15.163 bln in July - CBR
MOSCOW. Sept 9 (Interfax) - Russia posted a foreign trade surplus, as determined by balance of payments methodology, of $15.163 billion in July, 12.8% down from $17.380 billion in June, the Central Bank of Russia reported.
