Ukraine may sign package of documents on gas transportation consortium this week
BRUSSELS. Sept 21 (Interfax) - A package of documents related to the establishment of a gas transportation consortium will be compiled by the end of this week in the wings of the meeting of Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Minister Andrei Klyuyev with his partners at a CIS Economic Council session in Kazakhstan.
"The negotiating process is under way, it's quite complex. Everything concerning the gas transporting consortium is on the agenda but so far there has been no progress on it. The negotiating package will be compiled. I will be in Almaty on Thursday and will finalize the negotiating positions. By the end of the week it [the package of documents] will be compiled," he said in Brussels on Wednesday responding to a question at the conference "20 years of Ukraine's Independence: Challenge of the Future."
