MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Russia's non-oil and gas budget deficit will widen to 11% of GDP in 2012 from the projected 10.2% of GDP in 2011, Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko told reporters after Wednesday's Cabinet meeting.

She said the non-oil and gas budget deficit would be 10.3% of GDP in 2013 and 9.1% of GDP in 2014.
