Transcontainer could boost H1 IFRS earnings nearly 6-fold - analysts
MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Russian Railways (RZD) subsidiary Transcontainer could have boosted net profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 5.9-fold year-on-year in H1 2011 to 1.163 billion rubles, analysts said in a consensus forecast.
Adjusted revenue might have risen 31.5% to 9.824 billion rubles, and EBITDA - 59.3% to 3.03 billion rubles.
Financial results will have improved on the back of growing demand for container shipments and services, improvement to the rolling stock fleet and favorable market prices, the analysts said.
