S&P lowers Belarus rating to 'B-' from 'B', outlook negative
LONDON. Sept 26 (Interfax) - International rating agency Standard & Poor's has lowered its long-term national and foreign currency ratings for Belarus to 'B-' from 'B', with a ratings outlook of 'negative,' S&P said in a press release.
