Rosgeologia to develop its own fleet
YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK. Sept 27 (Interfax) - OJSC Rosgeologia plans to develop its own fleet for geological survey work, the company's head, Sergei Donskoi, said at the conference "Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2011".
"We're planned to form our own fleet. We need at least two arctic class vessels," he said.
A presidential order for OJSC Rosgeologia's creation came out in July 2011. This structure will include 37 state geological enterprises with operations in Russia, of which 24 are joint stock companies and 13 are federal state unitary enterprises. Rosgeologia's charter capital will include shares of the joint stock companies and corporatized federal state unitary enterprises. The injected shares will be paid through an additional share issue for Rosgeologia.
