Durland Investments no longer shareholder in Bank of Moscow, Capital Insurance Group boosts stake in bank to 13.92%

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - Durland Investment Ltd's common share stake in Bank of Moscow has been reduced from 6.86% to 0%, the bank said in a statement.

The bank learned about the change in this stake on October 3.

Bank of Moscow was unable to specify to Interfax the identity of the end beneficiary of this share packet.

The bank also released new shareholder information on its website. According to these materials, the Capital Insurance Group's stake has increased from 3.19% to 13.92%.

At the same time, the packet held by other shareholders went down from 4.92% to 1.05%.

Plenium Invest's stake in the bank (its end beneficiaries have not been revealed) remains at 4.51%.

According to Bank of Moscow's shareholder register, VTB Group consolidated 80.52% of this shares at the end of September. At the same time, companies controlled by businessmen Vitaly Yusufov and Suleiman Kerimov sold their stake in the bank.
