Medvedev hopes Caspian states will abide by Trans-Caspian pipeline accord

GORKI. Oct 14 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev said Russia's Caspian partners will hopefully abide by the earlier reached agreement on energy cooperation.

"I would like to draw the Security Council members' attention to one theme - the theme we discussed, and I discussed with my colleagues - the Trans-Caspian pipeline," Medvedev told the Russian Security Council.

"I hope our partners, who are weighing various procedures of energy cooperation, will abide by the earlier reached agreements, too," he said.
