Dollar rises above 31 rubles
MOSCOW. Oct 18 (Interfax) - The dollar has risen above 31 rubles for the first time since October 14 as the euro falls on the international market.
The dollar traded at 31.04 rubles/$1 as of 11:14 a.m. on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), up 13.5 kopecks from yesterday's closing. The euro fell 3 kopecks to 42.54 rubles/EUR. The dual currency basket ($0.55 and EUR0.45) was up 5-8 kopecks to 36.2-36.23.
