Inter RAO could list some shares on LSE after 2013

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - Inter RAO UES could place some of its treasury shares on the London Stock Exchange and invite other, private shareholders to sell shares.

"As management, we will offer some of our stake on the international markets," head of the strategy and investment unit of Inter RAO Ilnar Mirsiyapov said at a meeting with analysts and journalists.

An invitation for the joint placement of shares will be made to Inter RAO's biggest shareholder, which is MMC Norilsk Nickel , among others, Mirsiyapov said.

He said Inter RAO did not expect any shareholders to pull out of the company in the next three years.
