NPK to pay parent Globaltrans 1.6 bln rubles in dividends for Jan-Sept

MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - The board of directors of New Forwarding Company (NPK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Globaltrans, has decided to pay out 1.6 billion rubles in dividends for the first nine months of 2011, the company said in a statement.

NPK had a net profit of 3.19 billion rubles for the nine months, so dividends will amount to half of the company's profit.

The dividends will be paid on the basis of 1,774 rubles per share, within 60 days.

NPK has its own railcar and locomotive fleets, a dispatch center and repair shops. The company carries oil, mining and metals, construction, forestry, container and other freight. It has long-term relationships with Russia's leading oil and metals companies.
