Otkritie Financial Corporation readying second series bond issue worth 5 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Otkritie Financial Corporation met on Monday to set and approve a decision to place its second series bond issue worth 5 billion rubles, the issuer said in a statement.
The bonds will mature over a five-year period.
Each bond comes to 1,000 rubles at face value. The issue will be placed by open subscription.
It was earlier reported that Otkritie Financial Corporation placed its debut three-year bonds worth 5 billion rubles on October 18. The rate of the first coupon was set at auction during placement at 9%. Coupons two through six will also carry a 9% rate.
The corporation is currently consolidating its operations connected to global markets and investment banking services into one enterprise, Otkritie Capital. This company's main areas of operations are equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM) and direct market access (DMA).
