Rosselkhozbank starts placement of 15th series bond issue worth 10 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Rosselkhozbank (RSHB) commenced the placement of its 15th series bond issue worth 10 billion rubles at 10:30 am Moscow time, November 1, the bank said in a statement.
The first coupon guidance comes to 8.4%-8.8%, which corresponds to a yield on a two-year offer of 8.58%-8.99%, Citibank said in its materials.
Citibank and VTB Capital will accept applications until 4:00 pm Moscow time, November 3. The placement of the 10-year bonds by open subscription on the MICEX is slated for November 8.
Renaissance Capital is a co-organizer of the placement.
The issue has a two-year offer for buying back the bonds.
One bond at face value comes to 1,000 rubles.
The issue has an option for preterm buyback.
It was earlier reported that the Central Bank of Russia registered RSHB's bond issues 12 through 15 worth a combined 30 billion rubles in February 2011. The bank placed bond issues worth a combined 20 billion rubles in July with a coupon rate of 7.7%.
The bank currently has its bond issues three through 11 worth a combined 60 billion rubles, as well as exchange bonds BO-01, BO-05 and BO-06 worth a combined 25 billion rubles.
RSHB was fourth biggest bank in Russia by assets at the end of the third quarter of 2011 according to the Interfax-100 ranking, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
