Russia hopes its draft energy security convention will be backed by G20 partners - Medvedev
CANNES. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Russia has urged its partners in the G20 to adopt an energy security convention it has drafted.
"Energy security means shares responsibility of energy producers, consumers and transiters for stability on the energy markets and uninterrupted shipments of energy to the global economy. We have drafted a convention on energy security and we hope it will be backed by our partners," President Dmitry Medvedev told the G20 business summit in Cannes.
