Russian MinFin to offer 10 bln rubles in bonds at Nov 23 auction

MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - The Russian Finance Ministry will offer 10 billion rubles in constant-coupon federal bonds series OFZ-PD 25079 at a November 23 auction, the ministry said on its website.

Guidance is 7.9-7.95% for the auction.

The OFZ-PD 25079, which mature on June 3, 2015, have eight semi-annual coupons at 7% pa.
