Oil export schedule for Q1 2012 will not include Ust-Luga - Transneft

MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The commission of the second line of the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS-2) will only be possible sometime in the first quarter of next year due to engineering problems that have arisen at the port of Ust-Luga.

The press secretary at Russian oil pipeline company OJSC Transneft , Igor Demin, told Interfax that this conclusion was drawn by attendees at a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin devoted to the emergency situation at the terminal Rosneftbunker (Ust-Luga) on Friday.

Transneft has been given the job of coordinating the work to eliminate the problems, Demin said.
