Grid holding rights offering to last 65 days
MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Russia's Inter-District Grid Company Holding (IDGC Holding) have 65 days to exercise pre-emptive rights to buy new shares from a placement that began on November 30, the company said in a statement.
The company is placing 5,444,391,292 shares of par value 1 ruble. The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered the issue on November 11. It has been assigned the government registration number 1-01-55385-
