Tatfondbank places 2 bln rubles in bonds
MOSCOW. Dec 1 (Interfax) - Kazan-based Tatfondbank placed 2 billion rubles in third series exchange bonds on the MICEX Stock Exchange December 1, the bank said.
Yield on the first coupon was set at 12.25% during the book-build from November 21-29.
Promsvyazbank and Troika Dialog organized the placement.
The three-year bonds have a put option after 18 months.
Guidance was 11.75-12.25%, corresponding to yield to offer of 12.10-12.63%.
The MICEX allowed series 1-3 of the bank's exchange bond issues, each worth 2 billion rubles, into trading on December 15, 2010. The bank placed the first issue on December 31 at 9.5%, and the second at 8.75% in April.
Tatfondbank was Russia's 61st biggest bank by assets according to the Interfax-100 ranking, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis, at the end of Q3 2011.
