Oil production in Russia up 0.8% in Jan-Nov - Rosstat

MOSCOW. Dec 15 (Interfax) - There was 466 million tonnes of oil and gas condensate produced in Russia in January-November, a 0.8% year-on-year increase, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) reported.

The production of natural gas, including associated gas, in Russia increased 3.3% year-on-year to 606 billion cubic meters (bcm) during those eleven months.

Primary oil refining in the country amounted to 236 million tonnes, up 3.5%.

Rosstat figures indicate that output of automobile gasoline was up 2.0% year-on-year at 33.5 million tonnes and that of diesel fuel 1.0% at 64.4 million tonnes. Russian refineries turned out 66.3 million tonnes of fuel oil (up 5.0%) and 2.5 million tonnes of lubricating oils (up 0.3%).
