M.I.R. investment group buys 15% of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat
MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Moscow-based investment and finance group Management. Investment. Development (M.I.R) on December 14 acquired 14.89% of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, the company said in a press release.
The company had owned 0.097% of shares.
The company has not revealed which shareholder the shares came from. The last quarterly report shows that on August 16, Prombiznesinvest owned a 14.89% stake. United Capital Partners owned 24.33% and Gazprom Pererabotka owned 50% plus one share.
This is not the first change to the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat shareholder group. In the summer, United Capital Partners obtained 24.99% and later Lider left the shareholder group.
The SPARK database shows that M.I.R. is owned on a 50/50 basis by OJSC VD TEK and LLC Investment Reserves.
Gazprom Mezhregiongaz General Director Kirill Seleznev worked at the investment group in 1998-1999 as a technical analyst and lead expert in stock exchange transaction securities. Seleznev is currently the board chairman of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat.
