Udmurtneft to pay 3,400 rubles per share in Jan-Sep 2011 dividends
IZHEVSK. Dec 23 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OJSC Udmurtneft , at an extraordinary meeting on December 20, decided to pay dividends for January-September 2011 at 1,152.58 rubles per common share at face value of one ruble each. The company has earmarked 4,102,988,861.4 rubles from its net profit for the first nine months of 2011 for these dividends, Udmurtneft said in a statement.
It was earlier reported that the shareholders in the oil production company decide to pay dividends for the first half of 2011 at 2,250.26 rubles per common share. Therefore, the total dividend payout for the first three quarter of 2011 will come to 3,402.84 rubles per share.
The company converted all of its 890,517 preferred shares into the same amount of common shares in summer 2011.
Udmurtneft did not pay dividends for the first half of 2010 but paid 2,437.38 rubles per common and preferred share (face value one ruble) for January-September 2010. Therefore, the company might increase its dividend payout for January-September 2011 by 39.6%.
Udmurtneft's charter capital comes to 3,562,066 rubles, divided into common shares at a face value of one ruble each.
The main shareholders in the company are Rosneft and Chinese corporation Sinopec.
