Court grants Central Bank claim on 88% of Baltiisky Zavod shipyard shares
MOSCOW. Dec 29 (Interfax) - The Moscow Arbitration Court has granted a suit by the Central Bank to claim from members of United Industrial Corporation (OPK) 88.32% of the shares in the Baltiisky Zavod shipyard that the CB holds as security, a court official told reporters.
