Aeroflot flies over 14 mln passengers in 2011

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - OJSC Aeroflot - Russian Airlines has flown more than 14 million passengers this year, the company said.

All in all, the Aeroflot company group served more than 20 million people in 2011.

On December 29, Aeroflot had already surpassed the 14 millionth passenger mark, which was a 24% increase on the same figure for last year.

Since this April, Aeroflot has been regularly flying more than one million passengers per month.

The airline flew 12.975 million people in January-November this year, 24.5% more year-on-year.
