Transneft board to discuss management on Jan 16

MOSCOW. Jan 11 (Interfax) - The board of Russian state owned pipeline monopoly Transneft will on January 16 discuss the management board.

The agenda has only one item "confirming the composition of the management board," Transneft said in a press release.

Transneft said earlier it would be replacing its first vice president. Maxim Grishanin took over from Mikhail Arustamov in the post on January 1. Arustamov remained with Transneft as advisor to the president.

Arustamov is still on the management board. The board also includes President Nikolai Tokarev, vice presidents Yuri Lisin, Maxim Grishanin, Mikhail Barkov, Anatoly Bezverkhov, Boris Korol, Pavel Revel-Muroz, Deputy Vice President Sergei Khadyrkin and Dispatch Department Chief Yuri Kritskiy.
