Transcontainer boosts 9M IFRS earnings 5.8-fold

MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Russian Railways (RZD) subsidiary Transcontainer boosted net profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 5.8-fold year-on-year in January-September to 3.237 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.

Revenue grew 33.4% to 21.971 billion rubles, the company said in this, its first ever financial report to IFRS.
