SDS chief to head Sibur-Minudobreniya board of directors

MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - President of the Siberian Business Union (SDS) Mikhail Fedyaev has been elected chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Sibur-Minudobreniya, the company said in a statement.

New board members also include three SDS representatives - Andrei Gridin, Lev Rybak and Sergei Shek. Sibur-Minudobreniya's general director Andrei Teterkin is keeping his spot on the board of directors.

SDS consolidated Sibur-Minudobreniya at the end of 2011.

Sibur-Minudobreniya manages a business for producing and selling nitrogenous products, with a production base in West and East Siberia. For 2011, the company's revenue is expected to come to 31.2 billion rubles, its EBITDA - to 8.7 billion rubles, and its EBITDA margin - to 28%.
