State must have just one TV channel - Medvedev
MOSCOW. Jan 25 (Interfax) - There should be only one state television channel in Russia, said Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
"I believe - this is my point of view - that the state must have one strong proper channel through which the state could get its point of view across," Medvedev said at a meeting with journalism students of Moscow State University.
But even in this case there should be no censorship, he added.
