First coupon rate for Gazprom Neft's 11th series bonds worth 10 bln rubles set at 8.25%
MOSCOW. Feb 3 (Interfax) - OJSC Gazprom Neft has set the first coupon of its 11th bond series worth 10 billion rubles at 8.25%, the company said in a statement.
This will also be the rate for coupons two through six.
The coupon rate was set through book-building. Gazprombank and VTB Capital accepted applications for the issue between January 31 and February 2. The bond placement is preliminarily slated for February 7 by open subscription on the MICEX.
The guidance for the first coupon came to 8.5%-8.75% at the start of book-building, which corresponds to a yield on a three-year offer of 8.68%-8.94%.
Each bond comes to 1,000 rubles at face value. The ten-year issue has semiannual bond payouts.
At the end of 2011, Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered Gazprom Neft's bond series 11 through 16 worth a combined 60 billion rubles. Issues 11 and 12 each come to 10 billion rubles, issues 13 and 14 - each worth 5 billion rubles, issues 15 and 16 - each worth 15 billion rubles.
The company currently has five bond issues worth a combined 48 billion rubles now in circulation, as well as exchange bond issues BO-05 and BO-06 each worth 10 billion rubles.
Gazprom Neft also has registered but not yet placed exchange bonds BO-01 through BO-04, and BO-07, worth a combined 30 billion rubles.
