Bashneft opens bid book for 10 bln rubles in 4th series bonds at 5pm Moscow time
MOSCOW. Feb 8 (Interfax) - Bashneft opened the bid book for investors to acquire its fourth series bond issue worth 10 billion rubles at 5:00 pm Moscow time, February 8, the oil company said in a statement.
The bid book will be open until 3:00 pm Moscow time, February 15. The technical placement on the MICEX is preliminarily slated for February 17.
Gazprombank, Troika Dialog and Sberbank are the placement organizers.
The bond issue will mature for 10 years. Each bond comes to 1,000 rubles.
It was earlier reported that Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered Bashenft's fourth and fifth series bond issues worth a combined 20 billion rubles in September 2011 along with their prospectus.
The company placed exchange bond series BO-01 worth 10 billion rubles at the start of December with coupons one through four at 9.35%.
The company currently has regular bond issues one through three worth a combined 50 billion rubles in circulation. They are set to mature in December 2016.
