AtomEnergoProm raises 50 bln rubles in loans from Sberbank

MOSCOW. Feb 14 (Interfax) - OJSC AtomEnergoProm, which consolidates civilian assets in Russia's nuclear sector, has raised 50 billion rubles in loans from Sberbank , AtomEnergoProm said in its financial reporting.

For instance, the company opened two loan facilities for two years worth 2.6 billion rubles each in September 2011 (set for payment on September 27, 2013).

The company also raised a two-year loan then worth 4.8 billion rubles (set for payment on September 28, 2013), as well as a three-year loan worth 15 billion rubles set for payment in 2014.

AtomEnergoProm raised 25 billion rubles in loan funds at the end of November 2011.

State corporation Rosatom, which controls AtomEnergoProm, earlier told Interfax, that "Sberbank is a major lender to the state corporation and AtomEnergoProm's loan funds are largely distributed among its subsidiaries for implementing investment programs".
