VEB opens bid book for series 01v bonds worth $500 mln
MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - State corporation Vnesheconombank (VEB) will open the bid book for its 01v bond series worth $500 million at 11:00 am Moscow time today, the bank said in a statement.
The guidance for the issue's first coupon was set at 3.5%-3.7%, Raiffeisenbank, one of the issue's organizers said in its materials.
Investor applications will be accepted until 2:00 pm Moscow time, February 17. The technical placement is slated for February 21, on the MICEX. VEB, Raiffeisenbank, Renaissance Capital, and Gazprombank are the placement organizers.
The bonds will mature for three years. The second coupon will be equal to the first. An offer for preterm buyback is slated for the second day of the third coupon period.
