OstChem consolidates 100% of Ukragro

KYIV. Feb 15 (Interfax) - International concern OstChem, which combines the chemical assets of Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash's Group DF, has consolidated 100% of Ukrainian fertilizer manufacturer Ukragro, Ukragro reported to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission information disclosure system.

Lithuania's Linas Agro Group and Denmark's Akola ApS have sold all their shares in Ukragro, the report says.

Linas Agro Group sold 58% of Ukragro to OstChem in early February for 26 million euros.

Ukragro was established in 2002. It is a major Ukrainian producer of mineral fertilizers and is involved in wholesale and retail trade.

Linas Agro Group owned 58.0429% of the Ukrainian plant and Akola ApS of Denmark- 31.9571%. The same Danish company owns 54.16% of Linas Agro Group.
