Russian Eurobonds move down after news on new placement

MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - Quotations for Russian Eurobonds decreased on Wednesday after news of a new Russian placement. In turn, US Treasuries also posted losses for the day. As a result, spread practically went unchanged for the day.

By 5:37 pm Moscow time, Russia-30 had decreased by 41 basis points to 119.37% with yield at 4.02%, up from 3.96% on March 13.

By the same time, benchmark UST-10 had lost 62 basis points at 98.22% with yield at 2.2%, up from 2.13% on Tuesday.

Therefore, spread between Russia-30 and UST-10 narrowed by one basis point to 182 basis points.
