S&P changes Rosneft outlook to stable from positive, approved ratings
MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's has changed the outlook on its ratings assigned to Russian oil company Rosneft to "stable" from "positive", the agency said in a press release.
The company's long-term ratings of "BBB-" were affirmed.
