Rimera ups serviceable well portfolio 45% in 2011
MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - The group of companies Rimera increased its serviceable well portfolio by 45% to 6,500 units in 2011, it said in a press release.
Well-portfolio growth occurred mainly at the companies TNK-Nyagan (by 70%), LNG (a subsidiary of TNK-BP ) (more than double) and NGDU Sorochinskneft (by 1.5-fold).
Rimera's victory in a tender for RN-Yuganskneftengaz played a major role in the well-portfolio increase, boosting the number by 1,400.
Last year, Rimera Service's share among independent players for serviceable wells grew by 4% to 16%. This year, it plans to maintain that market share.
Rimera represents the oilfield services division of OJSC Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) , or ChelPipe, and offers a range of services for developing and arranging fields. It also offers hardware for pipeline construction.
