Medvedev admits inefficiency of income declaration by public officers

MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - The first income declaration campaign by public officers failed, and there is no confidence the new campaign will be efficient, President Dmitry Medvedev told members of the working group for the Open Government formation on Thursday.

"Frankly, the first declaration campaign had a zero effect. I am not sure that the second campaign will be more efficient," he said.
