Russia to have 0.4%-0.5% inflation in March, no lower in April - Klepach
MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - Russia will have 0.4%-0.5% inflation in March and no lower than that in April, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach told reporters.
"I think 0.4%-0.5% [in March] and no lower in April," Klepach said.
The inflation forecast for the year has not altered, Klepach said. "It's clear that price rises in July will have an inflationary impact, but this will be offset by low food prices in August and September. On the whole we expect inflation in annual terms will be a little higher than it is now, and our baseline forecast has not yet altered," Klepach said.
