Integra Group to change CFO in May
MOSCOW. April 5 (Interfax) - Integra Group will change its CFO in May, the company said in a statement.
The statement said: "Integra Group is pleased to announce that Elena Kim has been promoted to a position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer, from April 2, 2012. Ms. Kim was previously Vice President for Reporting and Taxation since 2006. As Deputy Chief Financial Officer she will be responsible for a broad range of functions including accounting & reporting, capital management, corporate finance, investor relations, as well as ensure a smooth handover to her as incoming CFO from current Integra CFO Yuri Baidoukov who plans to leave Integra in May, 2012 to pursue other business interests."
Kim has also worked as an audit manager at TNK-BP and headed Rusal Group's department for international financial reporting.
Integra Group provides an integrated array of oil services. The company also produces specialized instruments for exploration, development and production of oil and gas.
