E.ON Russia to hold AGM on June 29
MOSCOW. April 6 (Interfax) - Directors at E.ON Russia have scheduled this year's annual shareholders meeting for June 29, the generating company said in a statement.
Shareholders on record as of May 14 will be able to vote.
The agenda for the meeting will be approved later.
Candidates for election to the board included all serving directors bar one: Andrei Drachuk, strategic planning and development manager at OJSC System Operator UES, will be replaced by Sergey Malinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of State Research Center Research Institute Teplopribor.
The other candidates are: Mike Winkel, Director General of E.ON Climate & Renewables; Bernhard Reutersberg, member of the Management Board of E.ON AG; Yury Sablukov, Director General of E.ON Russia JSC.; Eckhardt Rummler, E.ON AG Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Corporate Development; Sergei Tazin, Director General of E.ON Russia Power; Karl-Heinz Feldmann, E.ON AG Senior Vice-President for Legal Issues and Compliance Procedure; Reiner Hartmann, Head of the E.ON Ruhrgas Representative Office in Moscow; Igor Jurgens, Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of Contemporary Development Foundation.
E.ON owns 82.3% of the genco, which runs five state district power plants (GRES) with 10,345 MW capacity, including Surgut GRES-2, Berezovsky, Shaturskaya, Smolensk, and Yaivinskaya GRES.
